PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us immediately.
To return a product damaged in transit, either refuse the package(s) or contact us at help@moriisports.com.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY – ALL PRODUCTS

Morii Sports warrants to the original purchaser of any Morii Sports product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase. We no longer have product registration to redeem the parameters of your warranty. Therefore, we ask you to save your proof of purchase, as it will be required part of the warranty process.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • accident
  • misuse
  • abuse
  • anticipated wear
  • lost merchandise
  • damage from the elements

Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. This warranty is valid in the USA only. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.

To reach out to us regarding to a warranty issue, please email the following information to help@moriisports.com:

  • Name of product
  • Name of damaged part needed
  • Picture of damage(s)
  • Copy of receipt to verify date of product purchase or order number if purchased directly from our website
  • Name and shipping address

Morii Sports will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspection and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s). If necessary, this information must be returned to Morii Sports, postage prepaid.

If a product is deemed to be defective by Morii Sports, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only.

Morii Sports will not be responsible for any costs, losses, injuries, or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of this product.

This warranty is voided if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.

Warranty claims must be processed and be issued a return authorization prior to shipping to Morii Sports, or your package will be refused upon delivery.

We will contact you as soon as possible to address the issue.
